My Core Story
My work is rooted in both formal training and lived experience.
I’ve spent years navigating complex health challenges, nervous system dysregulation, and prolonged periods of stress where my body was no longer responding in a predictable or stable way. At the same time, I moved through emotionally demanding relationship dynamics that required me to rebuild a sense of internal clarity, boundaries, and self-trust.
What I came to understand — through experience, not just theory — is that when the body has been under sustained pressure, it doesn’t simply “calm down” because we tell it to. It holds patterns. It adapts. It protects.
And often, it also holds what hasn’t been expressed — including frustration, anger, and the impact of unmet boundaries.
My approach developed from learning how to work with those patterns in a structured and grounded way — not by suppressing them, and not by overwhelming the system further, but by understanding how to regulate, process, and safely express what the body is carrying.
I don’t work from a place of theory alone. I work from lived experience, combined with counselling-informed training, to support others who feel stuck in cycles of stress, overwhelm, or emotional pressure that doesn’t seem to shift.
This is not about becoming someone different.
It’s about learning how to work with your system in a way that brings back clarity, stability, and a sense of control. Creating a serene space where you can restore balance and find lasting peace.
